These Terms of Use govern access to the club management system and related services. By using the system, you agree to follow club rules, protect account credentials, and use the application only for legitimate club business.
Account use
Each account belongs to one person. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, including ballot submissions, dues actions, event responses, and profile updates.
Ballots and surveys
Ballots and surveys are limited to eligible members. The system may record participation separately from responses so the club can verify turnout, enforce one-vote-per-member rules, and produce administrative reports.
Member data
The system stores contact details, membership status, dues information, event activity, and administrative records needed to operate the club. Officers and administrators may see only the data required for their role.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to bypass access controls, submit votes or records on behalf of another person, or use the system to harass, pressure, or misrepresent club members.
Changes
These terms may change over time. When the version changes, users may be asked to accept the updated terms again before continuing.
